Product description How to use: 1.Remove All makeup & Clean your eyes. Make sure the skin around the eyes clean and dry. 2. Using the fine brush applicator, apply a single stroke to the roots of upper & lower eyelashes. 3. Wait for about 2-3 minutes to let it dry thoroughly. 4.
