Simply heat the oil and fry the beef until browned, draining any excess liquid. Sprinkle over the taco seasoning, add water and tomato purée, and cook for a further 5 minutes. Afterwards, serve in warm tortillas with shredded lettuce, salsa, sour cream and lime. It also tastes great rubbed onto steak or chicken brushed with a little oil before grilling.
